My West African Healthy Dinner.

On my new health kick I just wanted to show what I eat for dinner .I had roasted Mackerel , roasted breadfruit covered in coconut oil ,onions , Chinese Tung Choi Spinach leaves ,potatoes with Mayonnaise and topple of with West Indian Hot Pepper sauce.Its a lovely exotic dinner and low in fat.DSCN0530.JPG
